Return & Refund Policy

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for food products that have been opened or partially consumed, unless the item is defective or was delivered in error.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Order cancellations are accepted if requested at least 2 business working days before the selected delivery/pick-up date.

Please note that personal preferences — such as taste or flavour — are not considered valid reasons for return or refund once the product has been opened.

 

To be eligible for a refund, please email us with the reason and details of your issue. If anything fails to meet your expectations, we will review your request to determine if a refund is possible.

 Once we accept the refund request, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.  If you need to require the product return, it will be your own cost unless we fail to deliver the good condition.
